Since childhood, Nadia has practised all forms of dance: classical, contemporary, modern. Today her energy comes from her love and expression of this movement. 


At the birth of her first child, she turned to Pilates to work her deep muscles, strengthen and balance her body by improving her posture.


It is from this encounter between Pilates and dance that Nadia today unlocks all the essential openings for good physical form, general wellbeing and improved posture.


Always attentive everyone's needs, Nadia teaches Pilates with gentleness and kindness enabling you to find true freedom of movement through full awareness of your body.


All strengthening and stretching exercises practised during Pilates sessions aim to rebalance and stabilise your body. Based on the principles of Control and Concentration, they will awaken your consciousness from the body to the mind.


Group lessons are taught on floor mats, and whatever your level or your age, Nadia will enable you to evolve according to the sessions.

Nadia Deleye is a Swiss qualified Pilates teacher trained by "Pilates institute Suisse Romande" which is recognised by Eduqua and FISAF.
